The Journey That Changed My Life

A Personal Note from Reena Bhanushali

There was a time in my life when I was not searching for purpose. I was simply searching for healing.

For more than a decade, I lived with multiple health challenges that affected not only my body but also my confidence, my dreams and the way I experienced life.

There were days when even simple everyday activities felt overwhelming, and there was a phase when my health had declined so much that I spent long periods confined to my bed.

Like many people living with chronic health concerns, I searched tirelessly for answers, consulted different doctors, explored various treatments and held on to hope, sometimes finding it, sometimes losing it, but never completely letting go.

The Question That Shifted Everything

Then, one day, something within me changed.

Instead of asking:

“Why is this happening to me?”

“What is this experience trying to teach me?”

That single question quietly transformed the direction of my life.

Understanding the Whole Person

True wellness is not about treating one symptom or one organ.

As I slowly experienced the profound impact of natural healing, I realised that true wellness is about understanding the whole person.

The body. The mind. The emotions. The lifestyle. The spirit.

And the extraordinary intelligence with which our bodies are created.

The more I healed, the more I wanted to understand why healing happens.

Learning With Purpose

A personal search became a lifelong journey of learning.

To deepen that understanding, I chose to formally study Naturopathy, Food & Nutrition, Samyog, Holistic Healing and Integrated Medicine.

I never pursued education simply to collect qualifications. I pursued it because I wanted to understand the human body more deeply, serve people more sincerely and continue learning every single day.

My own healing journey made me a seeker.

My education gave that journey direction.

And every individual I have had the privilege to guide since then continues to be one of my greatest teachers.

Walking Beside Others

Every story has been different. Every challenge has been unique.

Over the years, I have had the honour of walking alongside people from different walks of life as they began reclaiming their own health.

Yet one truth has remained constant.

When people are listened to with compassion, guided with honesty and supported with patience, remarkable transformation becomes possible.

A Quiet Reminder

From being confined to a bed to standing at Tungnath.

One of the most meaningful moments of my own journey came years later, when I stood at Tungnath, one of the world's highest Shiva temples, nearly 12,000 feet above sea level.

For many, it may have looked like a trek. For me, it was a quiet reminder of how far healing can take us.

The journey from being confined to a bed to standing on a mountain was never just about physical recovery.

Rediscovering hope. Rediscovering faith. Rediscovering life.

The Belief at the Centre

I do not believe that I heal people.

I believe that every human body carries an extraordinary capacity to heal when it is given the right environment, the right support and the time it deserves.

My role is not to control that process. It is to listen with compassion, guide with honesty and create a space where healing can unfold naturally.

I consider myself a humble instrument in that journey, a channel through which care, knowledge and hope can be shared.

With Gratitude

Above all, I remain deeply grateful to Mahadev, whose grace has given me the strength, wisdom and opportunity to walk this path.

Whatever I am able to do today is not something I consider my personal achievement. It is a blessing entrusted to me.

Every day, I simply strive to honour that blessing with sincerity, humility and wholehearted service.

When Someone Walks In

I do not see a diagnosis. I see a human being.

I do not see a medical file.

I see someone who may be carrying fears, questions and hopes that I once carried myself.

Perhaps that is why listening has become the first step in my approach to healing. Before recommending any therapy, I first want to understand the person.

Because every healing journey is unique. And every person deserves to be seen, heard and cared for with compassion.

If My Journey Leaves You With One Message

Never lose hope.

Healing is possible.

It may not happen overnight.

It may ask for patience.

It may ask for courage.

It may ask you to trust the process even when the destination is not yet visible.

But please never stop believing in your body's remarkable ability to heal.

“If Reena could reclaim her health, perhaps I can too.”

If my journey inspires even one person to believe this, then every challenge I once faced has found its purpose.

And if our paths meet, it would be my privilege to walk beside you for a part of your healing journey.

Watch My Transformation Journey

Sometimes, words can only tell part of the story.

If my journey can remind even one person that healing is possible, then every challenge I once faced has found its purpose.
